Ingredients
230 g | rhubarb, finely diced |
1 medium | egg(s) |
150 ml | oil |
200 ml | buttermilk |
1 tsp | baking soda |
1 tsp | vanilla |
250 g | flour |
60 g | pecans and walnutes, chopped |
300 g | brown sugar |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Stir all ingredients together and blend well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 150°C for 40 to 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
