Ingredients

230 g rhubarb, finely diced
1 medium egg(s)
150 ml oil
200 ml buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
250 g flour
60 g pecans and walnutes, chopped
300 g brown sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 150°C.

Stir all ingredients together and blend well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 150°C for 40 to 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
