|230 g||rhubarb, finely diced|
|1 tsp||baking soda|
|60 g||pecans and walnutes, chopped|
|300 g||brown sugar|
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Stir all ingredients together and blend well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 150°C for 40 to 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
