Ingredients
500 g | rhubarb, peeled and cut into small chunks |
1 | apple, cored and cut into small cubes |
75 g | sugar |
120 g | flour |
25 g | oat flakes |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
80 g | butter |
1 tbsp | icing sugar |
Instructions
Mix rhubarb, apple and 2 tablespoons of sugar and transfer into four small greased ovenproof dishes. Knead flour, oat flakes, rest of the sugar, salt and butter into crumbles. Place crumbles on top of rhubarb and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.Remove from oven and sprinkle with icing sugar and serve still warm.
