Ingredients

500 g	rhubard
6	bananas
250 ml	whipping cream
	sugar

Instructions

Cook rhubarb in as little water as possible. When cooked, process rhubarb in a blender until smooth. Peel the bananas and puree in a blender. Blend the two purees together and sweeten to taste.

Whip the cream and fold the cream into the fruit puree.
