Ingredients
500 g | rhubard |
6 | bananas |
250 ml | whipping cream |
sugar |
Instructions
Cook rhubarb in as little water as possible. When cooked, process rhubarb in a blender until smooth. Peel the bananas and puree in a blender. Blend the two purees together and sweeten to taste.Whip the cream and fold the cream into the fruit puree.
