Refined red cabbage recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | prepared red cabbage |
1 tbsp | apple juice |
2 tbsp | honey |
4 tbsp | red wine |
2 pinch(es) | salt |
a lot freshly ground black pepper | |
1 pinch(es) | cayenne pepper |
¼ tsp | vanilla extract |
1 pinch(es) | cinnamon powder |
Instructions
Bring water, honey and wine to a short boil. Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, vanilla and cinnamon.Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes and stir frequently.
Tip: Add small apple pieces.
