Instructions
Grill the pork sausages, slice diagonally, and set aside.In a large pan, sauté onion and garlic until soften. Add tomato sauce, stock and red wine, bay leaf and sprig of rosemary. Bring to simmering point and cook for 15-20 minutes, until rich and reduced.
Stir in the sausages and heat through. Serve with pasta.
