Red, white and blueberry pancakes recipe details
- Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1-1/2 cups yogurt
- 6 Tablespoons oil
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
We invented these for breakfast on the fourth of July, 1989. Any kind of berries or fruit can be used, whatever is in season.
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mix together eggs, milk, yogurt and oil. Add to dry ingredients and combine until smooth. Add berries to batter and cook on hot griddle until golden on both sides.
