Red lentil salad recipe details
Ingredients
80 g | lentils, red |
5 large can(s) | corn |
2 | spring onions |
1 | tomato |
1 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
After washing the lentils thoroughly under cold water, bring them to a boil in ca. 400 ml water and let them simmer for about 15 minutes.Rinse the corn and cut the onion in thin rings. Cut the tomato in cubes. Quench the lentils and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
