Instructions
Gently fry beef until brown. Set aside.Heat oil in a pan, add curry paste, garlic and onions and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in coconut milk and bring to the boil.
Combine cornflour with enough water to make a paste and add to pan. Stir continuously.
Return beef to pan and also add beans and chopped mushrooms. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
