Ravioli with walnut sauce recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | ravioli |
salt and pepper | |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
90 g | walnuts, chopped |
2 tbsp | oil |
100 ml | single cream |
300 ml | milk |
1 bunch(es) | chervil, chopped |
Instructions
Cook the ravioli in salted water until al dente.In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the garlic and the walnuts. Fry over low heat until slightly golden. Stir in the cream and the milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and purée the sauce with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in the chervil.
Pour the sauce over the ravioli and serve immediately.
