Raspberry white chocolate muffins recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | fresh or frozen raspnerries |
250 ml | milk |
115 g | butter |
1 medium | egg, beaten |
200 g | flour, all-purpose |
60 g | sugar |
1 tbsp | baking powder |
1 tsp | salt |
100 g | vanilla milk chips |
60 g | butter, melted |
50 g | sugar |
Instructions
Heat oven to 200°C.In large bowl first combine milk, butter and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients except raspberries and vanilla chips. Stir until flour is moistened well.
Gently stir in the raspberries and vanilla chips. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool slightly and then remove from their tins.
