Raspberry Dessert in Tiramisu Style recipe

Ingredients
800 g | raspberries, 500 puréed, 300g for decoration |
1 kg | mascarpone |
400 ml | whipping cream, whipped |
80 g | sugar |
Ladyfingers | |
water |
Instructions
Whip cream in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and mix again.Purée strawberries and add about 3/4 of the pureed mixture to the cream. Fold in mascarpone and beat to combine well.
Pour the remaining stawberry purée in a bowl and combine with water. Set aside.
Take a large baking pan or serving dish. Dip each ladyfinger in the strawberry-water mixture and place in the pan. Spoon strawberry mascarpone mixture on top and use a spoon or spatula to smooth out an even layer covering the whole surface area. Repeat both layers and finish with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Place remaining raspberries on top of cream layer for decoration.
Cover with plastic foil and place in fridge overnight.
