Strawberry Cup recipe

Ingredients
500 g | strawberries |
350 g | sugar |
240 ml | rum |
400 g | whipping cream, whipped |
Instructions
Cut strawberries in two halves.
Place 200g of strawberries and 100g of the suger into a blender and process until well pureed.
Pour the strawberry purée over the whipped cream in a bowl, add 100g of the suger and gently toss to combine.
Soak the rest of the strawberries in the rum with the rest of the suger.
To serve place the strawberries on the bottom of dessert glasses and pour the cream over.
