Raspberry Butter recipe
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- One 12-ounce package frozen raspberries
Bring butter to room temperature and beat with confectioners sugar until smooth. Thaw raspberries and beat with butter/sugar until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to use. This is wonderful served with scones, muffins, toast, and pancakes.
