Raspberry and banana crumbles recipe details
Ingredients
1 | banan, peeled, chopped |
300 g | raspberries |
1 tbsp | honey |
whipping cream, whipped, to serve | |
For the oat topping: | |
60 g | flour |
60 g | butter, unsalted |
45 g | shredded coconut |
50 g | rolled oats |
2 tbsp | brown sugar |
1 tsp | cinnamon, ground |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Divide the banana and raspberries among 6 ramekins (125ml). Drizzle with the honey.
Oat Topping:
Sift the flour into a bowl and add butter. Beat with a mixer until combined. Stir in the coconut, oats, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the fruit.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with cream.
