Quinces in white wine recipe details
Ingredients
6 | quinces, peeled, cored, deseeded, quartered |
500 ml | dry white wine |
1 kg | sugar |
1 stick(s) | cinnamon |
Instructions
Place quince pieces in a saucepan, pour water to cover and cook until quince pieces are softened.Strain quince juices and discard quinces.
Take 500 ml of strained cooked juices, add wine, sugar and cinnamon and cook until syrupy.
Cool completely.
