- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Heat milk and butter in upper part of double boiler. Beat eggs and seasonings until light; add to hot milk and blend well. Cook 30 minutes over gently simmering water.
