- Ingredients
- 1 large bell pepper, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 2 cans Rotel(diced tomatoes and jalapenos)
- Shrimp
Saute bell pepper, onion, and celery in margarine, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Add the soups and Rotel. Stir and cook 10 minutes, then add shrimp. Cook until done.
