Ingredients
350 g | flour |
250 g | sugar |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
1 pack(s) | baking powder |
5 medium | eggs |
250 g | soft butter |
5 | apples, peeled, cored and diced |

Instructions
In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and the vanilla sugar. Whisk in the eggs. Sift in the flour and the baking powder. Stir until well combined.Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sprinkle the apples with some lemon juice and fold the apples into the batter. Pour the batter onto a buttered or lined baking tray and flatten. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden and baked through.
Allow to cool a bit, then serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
