Pumpkin yogurt recipe details
- Ingredients
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 eggs
- One 15-ounce can pumpkin
- One 14-ounce can sweet condensed milk
- 1/3 cup pure NH maple syrup
- 2 pounds Stoneyfieldyogurt
Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in milk.
Bake in a casserole dish set in a water bath at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Let cool, add maple syrup, and then combine with 2 pounds good quality yogurt.
