Pumpkin pie recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cups cooked pumpkin
- 2 pie shells
Mix together flour, salt, and pumpkin pie spice; add brown sugar. In a large bowl, beat eggs, evaporated milk, and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and pour into pie shells. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes more.
