Ingredients
Serves: 48- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 6 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips (1 bag)
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Mix together sugar, butter, eggs, and pumpkin. Once there is a smooth consistency switch mixer to slowest speed and add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate chips.
3. Put about a silver dollar size amount on a greased cookie sheet. Space about two inches apart because they will get bigger.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned at the edges, 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
