Pumpkin cheesecake recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | low fat curd cheese |
500 g | pumpkin mash |
50 g | semolina |
100 g | sugar |
75 g | butter |
2 medium | eggs |
1 | lemon, juice only |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, fill dough in a spring form. Place in oven for 40-45 minutes at 160°C (air circulation).After the baking time turn off oven, let cake stand in oven for one hour.
Before removing the cake form the baking dish make sure the sides does not stick to the sides of the springform.
