Pumpkin cake recipe details
Ingredients

400 g | sugar |
200 ml | oil |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
400 g | flour |
1 pack(s) | baking powder |
150 g | ground almonds |
350 g | pumpkin pulp, grated |
chocolate coating | |
some | almond slivers |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C.Whisk the eggs with sugar and oil. Combine, little by little, with the baking powder and sifted flour. Stir in the ground almonds and the pumpkin pulp. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake for approximately 75 minutes.
Leave to cool slightly, then carefully turn over onto a cooling rack. Coat with the chocolate.
