Pretzels recipe

- Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups warm water
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 4 cups flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- Coarse salt
Instructions:
Combine water, yeast, sugar, salt, and flour. Mix and knead; do not let rise. Form dough into ropes and twists. Layer on foil. Baste with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
