Prawn and avocado salad recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | prawn, uncooked peeled |
2 clove(s) | garlic |
some | oil |
2 head(s) | romaine lettuce |
4 | avocados |
1 | lemon, the juice |
1 jar(s) | seafood sauce |
100 ml | whipping cream |
Instructions
Wash the prawns and dry them. Heat a little oil in a wide pan and add the chopped garlic, then add the prawns. Cook until done but do not overcook. Let them cool down.Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, spread on a plate. Peel and cut the avocados into slices and soak in the lemon juice, to avoid turning black. Then spread them on the romaine lettuce.
Mix the seafood sauce with the whipping cream and add the cooked prawns. Spread them over the avocados and serve.
