Potatoes with cream and cheese recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | potatoes |
100 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
500 ml | double cream |
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste |
Instructions
Peel potatoes and cook until tender. Cut into little cubes or slices.Place into a baking pan, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with cheese. Add cream on top and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Serve in small portions on a little plate as a side dish.
