Potatoes and leek recipe details
Ingredients
750 g | potatoes, peeled and sliced |
3 stalk(s) | leek, sliced |
1 large | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | flour |
1 l | milk |
salt and pepper | |
nutmeg | |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Sauté the leek and the onion in butter until lucent. Dust with the flour and cook stirring for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the milk and bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the potato slices, cover and cook over low heat until the potatoes are tender.Season to taste again and serve sprinkled with parsley.
