Potato wedges with garlic recipe details
Ingredients
8 large | potatoes |
8 clove(s) | garlic |
1 bunch(es) | rosemary |
6 tbsp | olive oil, or more |
sea salt and pepper |
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, then cut into wedges. Wash the rosemary and pluck the sprigs.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Divide the potato wedges on a baking tray, add the garlic and the plucked rosemary. Pour over the oil and turn the potatoes in the oil until well coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake the potatoes for 30-45 minutes or until done and golden brown. Serve immediately.
