Ingredients

1 stalk(s)	leek
250 g	potatoes
2 tbsp	freshly grated Cheddar cheese
1	egg
4 tbsp	evaporated milk
1 tbsp	potato flour
	salt and pepper
	For the dip:
½ clove(s)	garlic
2 tbsp	sour cream
1 tsp	herbs of your choice

Instructions

Cut the leek into thin rings and blanch briefly. Peel and grate the potatoes and mix with leek, cheese, egg, evaporated milk and potato flour. Season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the garlic. Mix the sour cream with garlic and herbs and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a non-stick waffle iron and bake golden brown potato waffles. Serve warm with the sour cream dip.
