|1 kg||potatoes, peeled|
|400 g||tomatoes, diced|
|½ tsp||garlic powder|
|500 g||mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes|
|100 g||Parmesan cheese, grated|
In slow cooker, combine potatoes, tomatoes, water, salt, oregano, basil and garlic powder. Cover and Cook on low for 4 – 5 hours.
After 4 hours stir in cubes of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on high for another 10 – 15 minutes.
