Potato and cheese casserole recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | potatoes, peeled |
400 g | tomatoes, diced |
½ tsp | salt |
½ tsp | oregano |
½ tsp | basil |
½ tsp | garlic powder |
500 g | mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes |
100 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Instructions
In slow cooker, combine potatoes, tomatoes, water, salt, oregano, basil and garlic powder. Cover and Cook on low for 4 – 5 hours.After 4 hours stir in cubes of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on high for another 10 – 15 minutes.
