Pork Sausage Salad with Radish recipe

Ingredients
400 g | pork sausage, thinly sliced |
200 g | hard cheese of choice, diced |
2 bunch(es) | radish, sliced |
200 g | pearl onions |
1 bunch(es) | chives, chopped |
100 g | watercress, chopped |
For the dressing: | |
4 tbsp | vinegar |
4 tbsp | beef stock |
salt and pepper | |
some | sugar |
10 tbsp | vegetable oil |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all salad ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar and stock. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well and allow to steep for 30 minutes.
