120 ml | tomato sauce |
120 ml | water |
2 tbsp | brown sugar |
2 tbsp | cider vinegar |
2 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
½ tsp | salt |
¼ tsp | pepper |
⅛ tsp | cayenne pepper |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Place pork roast in a large food storage bag and fill with marinade. Marinate pork overnight.Put marinated pork roast in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
