Ingredients
800 g | pork fillets, finely sliced |
15 | dried allspice fruits |
1 tsp | coriander seeds |
½ tsp | rosemary, dried |
1 tsp | thyme, dried |
1 pinch(es) | cinnamon |
½ tsp | paprika, hot |
½ tsp | Szechuan peppercorns |
1 tsp | oregano, dried |
1 tsp | sea salt |
1 ½ tsp | cumin seeds |
10 leaves | mint, chopped |
For the marinade: | |
5 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
6 tbsp | olive oil |
1 ½ tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
Instructions
Roughly grind the spices with a pestle in a mortar.Combine with the marinade. Add meat strips and mix well together. Marinate covered for about 2 hours in the fridge.
Stir-fry the meat in a large pan in two batches for about 5 minutes or until the meat is just cooked through.
Serve with Tomato-Gyros-Rice and Tzatziki.
