Ingredients
500 g | pork tenderloin, cut into cubes |
3 medium | onions, chopped |
1 tbsp | vegetable oil |
3 tbsp | curry powder |
¼ tsp | garlic powder |
1 medium | tomato, chopped |
½ | apple, chopped |
240 ml | water |
1 tsp | chicken stock powder |
Instructions
Pour oil in a pan and heat over low heat. Add pork and onion and cook until pork is brown and vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.
Add in curry powder, garlic powder, tomato, apple, water and stock properly.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes; remove the cover and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, until desired consistency.
