Sauteed lean pork chops and mushrooms are coated with Prego(R) Traditional Italian Sauce and cooked to tenderness.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 2 cups Prego(R) Traditional Italian Sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Remove chops.
2. Add mushrooms and oregano and cook until tender. Add pasta sauce. Heat to a boil. Return chops to skillet. Cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done.
Tip: Serve with steamed broccoli flowerets.
