Pork Chops with Apple and Pancetta recipe

Ingredients
4 | pork chops |
60 g | pancetta, chopped |
2 medium | apples, peeled, grated |
some | olive oil |
6 leaves | sage |
200 ml | white wine |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
sautee the pancetta with the oil in a pan over low heat, about 3-5 minutes. until it starts to crisp.Mix in the grated apple, stir, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove apple-pancetta mixture from the pan and aet aside.
Heat some more oil in the pan, add the pork chops and sage and cook until the pork chops are golden brown on both sides.
Add the wine, and then the butter. Close with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the apple-pancetta mixture and cook, covered, for further 5 minutes.
