Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 tablespoon butter
- seasoning salt
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup rice
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 1 hour 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Melt butter in fry pan. Sprinkle season salt on chops and brown.
3. Mix rice, mushrooms (not drained), and soup in a 9×13-inch pan. When chops are browned place on top and cover with foil.
4. Bake in preheated oven until rice is tender, 60 to 90 minutes.
