2 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins) |
some | carrots, peeled and sliced |
some | peas |
some | sweetcorn |
some | other vegetables of choice, prepared and in small pieces |
joint of pork (pre cooked) | |
pinch(es) | salt and pepper |
1 cup(s) | cornflour |
Instructions
Place the precooked pork joint in 2 pints of water. Add in carrots, peas and sweetcorn and any other veg of your choice and bring to the boil. Add 2 tablespoons of Lea & Perrins (Worcestershire sauce) and season to taste with salt and pepper. Let the soup simmer for 30-40 minutes then serve.Ideal with brown rice, fresh bread or pasta.
