Ingredients

200 g small pasta
salt and pepper
400 g pork fillet, cut into thick strips
4 sprig(s) thyme, chopped leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
cayenne pepper
350 g cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.

In a wide pan heat the oil. Stir-fry the pork until slightly golden. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Add the tomatoes and the thyme and cook stirring for a minute. Add the pasta and toss.

Adjust the seasoning and serve immediately.
