Pork and pasta pan fry recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | small pasta |
salt and pepper | |
400 g | pork fillet, cut into thick strips |
4 sprig(s) | thyme, chopped leaves |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
cayenne pepper | |
350 g | cherry tomatoes, halved |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.In a wide pan heat the oil. Stir-fry the pork until slightly golden. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Add the tomatoes and the thyme and cook stirring for a minute. Add the pasta and toss.
Adjust the seasoning and serve immediately.
