Ingredients
180 g | pork, lean |
180 g | potatoes |
180 g | turnip |
¼ | onions |
1 | apples |
250 ml | water |
1 | sage |
Instructions
Cut pork into small pieces, then peel and cut vegetables into 1/2-inch cubes.Peel apple, remove core and dice small. Place everything in a saucepan and let simmer until well cooked.
Purée everything together in a blender and freeze in cubes.
