- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease 12 deep custard cups (5 ounces) or 16 medium muffin cups. Beat eggs slightly by hand. Add milk, flour, and salt, then beat until smooth. Fill cups of muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake for 25 minutes. Lower oven to 350 degrees and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer until golden brown. Remove immediately and serve warm.
