- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix together but don’t overbeat. Pour into 8 well-greased muffin cups. Bake 15 minutes in preheated 450-degree oven, then lower temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking another 15 minutes. Serve immediately with butter and mixture of cinnamon and sugar (use salt and pepper shakers).
