Ingredients
90 ml | pomegranate molasses |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 small | red onion |
1 tbsp | fresh mint, chopped |
1 tsp | sugar |
1 tsp | cardamom |
1 tbsp | lemon zest, grated |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, whisking. Do not bring ot a boil or the molasses will burn. Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.Serving suggestion:Serve with lamb kebabs.
