- Ingredients:
- 8 Bosc pears, ripe, but firm
- 2 cups burgundy wine
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Whipping cream and mint leaves
