Your grill is a flavor fiesta, with plums, onions and pork chops all sharing space. They all come together and the end for a full-flavored meal.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 (8-ounce, 1-inch thick) pork chops
- 4 plums, halved and pitted
- 1 red onion, thickly sliced into rings
- Salt and pepper
- 2 teasepoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat a grill to medium-high.
2. Brush pork chops, plums, and onion with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set on grill. Cook plums and onions for about 7 minutes, until softened. Cook pork chops for about 10 minutes, flipping midway through cooking time, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
3. Cut plums and onions into bite sizes. Toss with lemon juice, ginger, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Serve over pork chops.
