Plum cheese cake recipe details
Ingredients
75 g | butter, melted |
500 g | curd cheese, low fat |
3 tbsp | semolina |
2 medium | egg |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
100 g | sugar |
350 g | plums, pitted, cut in halves |
some sugar to sprinkle on top |
Instructions
Cover the bottom of a springform (20 cm) with baking paper, grease sides. Mix all ingredients but the plums.Fill dough in baking dish. Place plums on top. Sprinkle with some sugar. Bake at 175°C for 60 minutes.
Let cool in baking dish. Store in refrigerator.
