700 g | plums, pitted, halved |
400 g | sugar |
500 ml | gin |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook until sugar is dissolved, stirring once. Continue cooking for further 30 minutes, stirring twice.Cover and let stand 3 to 4 days. Strain before using.
