Plum and nectarine cake recipe details
Ingredients
220 g | flour |
180 ml | olive oil |
400 g | sugar |
4 medium | eggs |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1 tsp | vanilla |
500 g | plums, pitted, halved |
100 g | nectarines, pitted, quartered |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Combine all ingredients, except plums, in a bowl and mix well. Distribute dough evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and line plum halves on the dough.
Bake for 30-45 minutes.
