- 1 package butter cake mix
- One 4-ounce package instant pistachio pudding
- 3 drops pistachio oil
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 4 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together. Pour half of batter in 2 greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with half of topping. Pour in remainder of batter. Swirl batter to mix in topping. Sprinkle top with the remainder to the topping.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
