Ingredients
chocolate wafers | |
200 g | butter |
2 medium | eggs, beaten |
200 g | sugar |
350 ml | whipping cream |
1 tsp | vanilla |
500 g | pineapple, crushed |
1 pack(s) | gelatin |
Instructions
Line springform with wafers, standing up. Crush remaining wafers, mix with 60 g butter and spread on bottom of pan.Cream together remaining butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add beaten eggs and mix thoroughly. Spread over crumbs in pan.
Combine crushed pineapple with the powdered gelatin, and stir well. Whip cream and fold in pineapple mixture. Rigerate overnight.
